"I think he looks like you too," she said, reaching out to stroke the baby's cheek. He was incredibly soft, and her arms ached for her own baby, something that hadn't happened in months. She wistfully thought of another child, she and James had been talking about it before they'd been killed, but now as then she wasn't entirely sure it was a good idea. Things were so chaotic, she didn't know if ti was fair to bring a child into it.
"I wish I'd been there to see him play," she said, and sighed. "And Neville is wonderful, I'm sure he's enjoying teaching Sam things, and will teach him more when he's older." She smiled at Hannah, and then spotted her husband. She beamed at him, and then looked back at Hannah.
"I'll talk to you soon, okay? You get that baby back to his Daddy." She leaned in and kissed Hannah on the cheek, and then leaned down to brush her lips over the baby's head.
