Marlene chuckled. "They certainly are resourceful, but since I'm invited, I won't complain. I plan to feast on some of these delicacies. The shrimps on tuna pate are to die for. You must try them." For a moment, she sounded like the rich pureblood she was, before grinning again. "Not that I would know such things, of course."
She giggled at the answered. "No, assault would mean an intent to arm. He had none of that," she confirmed, before putting a hand on his arm and moving closer to kiss his cheek. "It doesn't matter, Jacob. I'm glad you told someone."
