He was certainly hoping that she would see Bellatrix as little as possible outside of work, and soon even less when they found other employment for her. He said nothing of that though, but just smiled at her.
"I'm pleased you will be joining us from time to time. As often as your sister can spare of you, of course." After she moved to the manor, dinner would be mandatory, and she would see her sister even less.
He smiled further when she went on. "Why would you say that?" he asked. "Stephen speaks highly of your intelligence, and I happen to put great faith in my son's judgement."
"So tell me, what areas are you interested in? It is impossible to offer suggestions if I do not know where your interests lie," he added gently.
