"Those sound like wise moves, but be sure to take care in that Bellatrix doesn't get wind of your plans for Christopher. Although I know you know to do so," Percy would pay good money to watch Lex kill Bellatrix. In fact, he'd pay all of his money, and then some.
"If my esteemed colleague's experience is any kind of clue, then sooner than later," Percy had decided it was worth a chance to make such a claim against the regime. At worst he was probably looking at some rather painful torture. Fortunately the Dark Lord seemed to realize that keeping Percy around was the easiest way to avoid an international altercation.
