Rabastan snorted. "It's something about proving that you have money to waste." He rolled his eyes. "You're thinking about Bella's parties. They aren't the norm, unfortunately. This is more like the ones my parents used to throw. I spent them in a corner, hexing people and house elves and proving that I wouldn't get caught."
