Re: Bellatrix and Belvina
"Illness?" asked Bellatrix. "I hope you have fully recovered, I would not wish illness on my family." Death, certainly, especially on certain members, but not illness. She did look pleased at the compliment, and while she was suspicious of nature, and thought that Belvina should have been willing to risk her freedom to see her, she could forgive her for being afraid and worried. She had just returned after all.
"I have been very busy of course," she said. "But I am never too busy for family. Now that we have met, you must make always remember this. The only one who matters more than family is the Dark Lord. For him we sacrifice everything if we must." It was a given and nothing else would be acceptable.
She took a sip of champagne, looking carefully at Belvina. "You should come live with me," she then declared. "I understand the Notts have been generous to let you stay here, but there is no need to infringe on the hospitality of others when you can live with family. You'll find Lestrange manor is lovely this time of year, and Lilith will be happy to have a new companion now that Andromeda leaves."
