"Oh please, like I give a rat's arse about the dragons," she said with a snort. "I was making sure those boys and Dom are doing all right. I can't see your brother or Charlie being the caring type. If they need something, they aren't going to come up here and tell us and there's no one to keep an eye on them at the reserve, so if you don't want me to go, then make sure you go or James goes and talks to them, especially Dom."
Marlene snorted. "And what exactly do you plan to do? Ban them from saying it." She waved a hand. "Let it go, Alastor. I don't let what people say affect me and I didn't hex him. Consider it a win and let's leave it at that." She shrugged. "I don't know what you want to do with the information. I got it, and I told you. I might not care what your brother says, but I wasn't about to go and tell him that his son is a sexist, prejudiced and uncaring."
