He turned slowly facing his lover. "Trained to subdue. Are you mad? What do you do after you subdue them, huh? Do you wait around for the Aurors to free them? Or do you leave them there waiting that they free themselves and kill someone else?" This was incredibly stupid.
"What are you lot teaching these people? How to die?" He couldn't understand how they could stand there and talk about immobilising. "You aren't playing Aurors; you're fighting a war, a losing one, and you don't get a chance to subdue and arrest. You get the choice between killing and be killed." He shook his head. "Lambs to the slaughter; that's what're training. I sure hope you can live with that." Shaking his head, he walked away. This wasn't his fight. His fight was out there, and he knew how to fight.
