"Quiet?" Bellatrix said, flicking a wand and watching the bottle fill two glasses which then floated to them respectively. "I'd think it would be easy to find someone to scream loud enough to break the quiet for you these days," she said with a hint of amusement, looking at him from over the top of her glass. "Or is that why the quiet?" she asked, because she had not known Walden for this many years without knowing that he tended to get bored without a fight.
She chuckled at the mention of the wedding. "Oh Merlin and Morgana no. I leave those things up to her. I oversee of course, make sure the plans are suitable for a Black, but as long as Andromeda doesn't go too understated or simple I have more important things to worry about. Indeed I have more entertaining things to keep me occupied."
She smirked. "Though none too entertaining today. The Wizengamot is actually doing what it's supposed to."
With crossed legs, she turned sideways until her body was almost completely facing Walden. The inside of her knee touched the sofa and he rested one elbow on the back of the sofa, letting the glass dangle from her fingers. Raising her other hand she dipped her finger lightly into the wine, and drew circles around the rim of the glass causing it to sing. She smirked. "So tell me, what did my dear sister-in-law tell you that was so amusing or is she the reason why you're at loose ends?"
