Theo nodded, knowing better than to question the Dark Lord. Gesturing towards a door, as to signal 'after you' he smiled politely. "We can access the hall of prophecies through this door," he said, waiting for the Dark Lord to walk first, following him in his wake.
He had no doubt that the Dark Lord was curious about the prophecies made about him. Two that Theodore was aware of, but it was always hard to tell. Several were still unmarked, and it was anyone's guess who they applied to. He did not offer him the prophecies, but waited for him to make the request, instead he closed the door behind them.
"The eldest prophecies are down in that direction," he said instead. "The newest ones up here. They appear whenever a true prophecy has been made, names appear by magic, the person giving the prophecy, the person hearing it and the person or persons it applies to. Only those who it applies to can remove the prophecy from its shelf though most never know they are here. We have prophecies stretching back the middle ages in here, the room magically expand when it needs too," he explained.
