Jacob just shook his head. "I'll have to try and not be quite so obvious in the future." Perhaps when he was dressed.
He chuckled and nodded. "Yes, that is something I've noticed about Marlene." It seemed though that she wasn't the only one who could convince him to do things he never thought he would.
"Well we don't have much else to do." The twelve hour shifts didn't bother him too much, he didn't have anything else to fill his time - though the last few days had been filled with more extracurricular activities than Jacob was used to. "I'm not sure looking forward to it is the right word for it - but I'd like to do something more than go through mail and walk around the castle on patrol." He told her shrugging. And he'd like an excuse to use more combative magic.
"I think it might be best not to make people so aware of that fact." It might be the reality of their situation, but no civilian would like the idea of that. "They're happier to do what we need them to do if we don't always flaunt what this actually is."
