She chuckled, surprised as well that Faustus mentioned his father. He so rarely did. "Oh, yeah? Well, mums can be like that. She didn't get on with your dad then? That's a shame. Every boy needs his father, or at least that's always been my opinion. Granted, not all fathers are fit for the job either."
Evan grinned for when Faustus waggled his eyebrows at her he looked very comical. "Ah, so you've had previous lovers. For a while there I was worried perhaps you were one of those abstinent wizards who were all about work, work, work. Good to know you like to have a bit of fun now and again."
She agreed on the tea and after several minutes of wand waving in the kitchen, Eva brought Faustus a large heaping plate of lasagna and the tray with the tea pot, cups and milk and sugar floated behind her.
"There. Get some of that in you and put some colour back in those cheeks," she said.
Eva poured them both a tea and tucked into her own food. She still had a mission to get more info from Faustus.
"So, you empathize with Fell slightly - think Harry may have known about it which makes me feel a bit ill. I know we're only Aurors, but what if we were part of a secret organization. Like that Order of the Phoenix that's rumored that Albus Dumbledore organized. What if someone broke that trust?"
