"Just one?" Walden wondered idly, chuckling. "But then, it's amazing how a demonstration of what happens to anyone suspected of working with traitors will accomplish. I even saved one for your dear brother-in-law, an uppity little mudblood who not only thought he had a right to the job, but had the audacity to offer his very impolite commentary on our Secretary of State for Communications and Media Relations." He smirked once more. "I thought Rabastan might want to punish that one personally."
Nodding as Bella continued, he swirled his drink slowly. They'd discovered a number of Weasleys amoung the bodies as the dust settled. But, the damned blood traitors bred like rabbits. Too many to count. "The children are often more entertaining, as well," he laughed. "Once they all get used to what a true system of punishment and reward is like, things will run more smoothly. They have only to look at dear Lillith to see the truth of that. She remained faithful to her new family and while the rest of them cower at the school, she walks free as one of us."
