One thing Harry had learnt long ago, was that it was impossible not to laugh when Ron was. It was one of the things with their friendship that he'd always appreciated, the ability Ron had for making him laugh. He knew that he could get too serious at times, he wasn't a prankster or joker, but he needed laughter in his life. Ron, and later Ginny as well, had always been the one to provide that. As he broke down in laughter, he snorted at the offer. "Yes please, though you do realise she'll call you insane for just thinking this and offer you a list of all the reasons this is a preposterous idea," he said. "That sounds good right now, though," he added with a smirk.
He snorted. "I think I did too. Naming Al after him seemed like such a good idea at the time, and when he returned - we were practically friendly. Before this. Now I hope for civil, it's about as good as I can manage at the moment." It would have to be good enough. He'd never like Severus, he'd never welcome him with open arms into the family. He would accept Al's decision, if only because he had no other choice if he didn't want to alienate his son, but he'd never be able to see Severus the same way he saw Sirius.
He smirked. "If only," he agreed. "I'd suggest poison but it's a tad illegal and I doubt you'd ever be able to slip something past Severus," he joked. "Though Ginny's idea to separate him from his balls does have merits too. It would at least get rid of one aspect of the relationship."
