Re: Harry and Remus
"She's being ridiculous," Harry said. "Her daughter was an Auror, a member of the Order, a daughter of a Black and a Muggleborn. If anything the factor of her blood made her a target more than anything. She was a blemish needing to be removed. That she married you was secondary, hardly worthy of notice."
He smiled gently. "She could have tried, but she would never have been able to. Not with so many people in Teddy's life willing to tell him what a wonderful person his father was. The only thing she would have gained would have been his confusion. She wouldn't have wanted to do that. She loves him, in spite of her faults."
He chuckled when he spoke of ages. "Well at least you are older than him, not half his age," he said with a grin. "It's not ridiculous, and you and Teddy will find something that works for the both of you. He loves you, that's all that matters."
He smiled at the words. "And I can see both you and Tonks in Teddy - as well as himself. Don't underestimate the importance you've had on his life."
