Marlene brushed Emm's hair gently. "I'll remind you as well. You're too smart and pretty to be married to your job. The division is important and so is the Order, but you need a life as well, and yes, I'm here, but having a friend isn't the only important thing. You need to... loosen up a little. I don't think you need to turn into me, but you should let go once in a while."
She kissed Emm's cheek. "You're very welcome, love." She still had an arm around Emm when she saw Alastor walk toward them. She knew that walk; she knew that look. Something was happening. He only said that they needed to go to Hogwarts, and like she told Emm, personal problems took a back seat to chain of command. "Keep an eye out here," she told Emm, knowing that she would do so regardless, and then walked after Alastor to see what was going on.
