Remus had seen the newly turned through adjusting to their senses, but the sharpening of senses was usually a bit more gradual than the sudden immersion Severus was going through. Still, he thought some of the same techniques he taught them could apply here.
"Close your eyes," he instructed, still quietly, calmly. "It helps sometimes to block out as much of your other senses as you can and focus on just the one. Most of us focus on olfactory input first as it's the most constant."
Biting back the chuckle that wanted voicing, he shrugged. "It was a recent, innocuous memory that didn't involve a lot of other people to muddy things."
