RP: Remus and Severus Who: Remus Lupin and Severus Snape Where: Hogwarts, Headmaster's office When: Monday, 31 May, 2025, morning Rating/Warnings: Summary: Remus decides to satisfy both their curiosity about werewolf perception.
With the students focusing on revisions and not in classes, the professors had a little room for research of their own. Well, maybe that was just Remus, who was looking forward to using some of the time he normally would have been teaching classes to finish reading through the materials he'd gotten for Stephen and trying to fix his aim with magic. He might see if Regulus wanted to put in some time training during the week. But, that morning, he was satisfying his own curiosity.
He was also going to satisfy Severus' while they were at it.
Ever since their conversation at Marlene's party, Remus had pondered the question of whether or not someone else, who was not a werewolf, viewing a werewolf's memories in a penseive, would sense things the same way the werewolf did or had. Given his own personal quest to learn as much as he could about his condition, Remus wanted answers. And, as Severus had expressed interest himself and it really would be a good idea for the man to know what his staff could do if they were to defend the school properly, there was little reason not to indulge the man's curiosity.
So, even though he had a special errand he wanted to run that afternoon, Remus decided to use some of his free time that morning to pay the headmaster a visit and do some experimentation.
Waiting until he was given access past the guardian at the bottom of the steps, Remus knocked politely at the door, waiting again for permission to enter before poking his head in with a smile. "Good morning, Headmaster. I thought, if you've a moment or three to spare, we might answer some of those questions we discussed at the party some weeks ago."
