Re: Jacob and Bellatrix
"I seem to remember you finding yourself at the wrong end of his wand more than a time or two as well Bellatrix. Or is your memory all ready that faulty?" He answered her, Bellatrix was too far gone. He'd seen that in the time he'd spent living with her, nothing would convince her that the man she followed was not worthy of her support.
Jacob could care less about hurting any one else with his spell work, but a small part of him remembered the vow he'd made to Dumbledore. The Unbreakable vow. He watched the spell sail past Bellatrix and hit the wall of a shop - adding a bit more to the damage done to Diagon Alley. He'd have to save the killing curse for when he could be sure to hit her - and pray the rest didn't hit an Order member, the last thing he needed was to drop dead thanks to a stupid vow he'd made to Dumbledore while trying to help those stupid Gryffindors.
"A little boring perhaps, but the company is much saner these days." The curse she sent at him just barely missed as he rolled his shoulder to avoid it nearly falling to the ground. Rather than cast spells high he aimed them toward her feet, where it would be less likely he'd hit anyone else - and even if he missed her the damage done by the magic hitting the ground could be enough to give him the advantage he needed.
