Jacob and Bellatrix
It was strange being on the opposite side for the first time, he almost missed the heavy cloaks and the mask he was so accustomed to as he joined the other members in the fight. It did make for easier targeting though, Jacob had to admit, and a small part of him was enjoying the fight - just like he always had, without the need or desire to spare their lives the way some of the members of the Aurors and the Order no doubt did.
He wished though that he could see the faces of the people they were fighting, see who it was he was turning his wand against, not that it mattered so much as he got some perverse pleasure in knowing he'd fought side by side with these people and now he was fighting against them. But rather than think of that Jacob focused on the fight, on the masked enemies and sent hexes and curses at as many of them as he could see.
