She nodded as she continued to take more measurements and notes on her test subject. "Last week, I works with non-living inanimate objects, a broom, a ball, a cauldron as well as my desk. My main focus with those items was the exact arrive of time. Since 2024 was a leap year the items were arriving a day after they were sent back," she said.
Nicky went on to explain how she recalibrated the hourglass as well as a modification she would like to add. "Since the leaps are every four years, but the year which is leap year can change when you travel back, I think I will be adding a smaller time turner inside which can be turned to correspond to the correct year with the extra day."
Summoning a clean white handkerchief, she cleaned the dust off one leave before adding it to her book of notes. "These experiments are focused on time arrival as well as survival. While they will not age going back, they will age going forward. I have eleven specimens of each in order to observe a grow progression of each year further they are sent."
