"Physically your body reacts the same whether you think of it as a battle simulation or not," Emmeline responded. "The rush of adrenaline is the same, basically your body prepares itself to go into battle."
"It also trains some of the skills needed. Generally speaking aiming, ducking, and moving with speed are all skills valuable in a battle. Judging from the reactions and behaviours of teams close to match, I'd say most of them treat it as a real battle even in their minds."
