"That is true, people evolve and change over the course of their lives, though such fundamental traits still tend to be the same," she pointed out. She smiled, then shrugged. "I suppose it is one of those things were we can talk forever but it will mean very little," she said.
"I guess it's my time to be curious," she said. "What was it like growing up in such a large family?" she asked. Her parents had - in spite of trying - only ever had her. Something which had affected them both, as well as their relationship with her. She was the girl who was supposed to be a boy, at least in her father's eyes.
