James nodded. "I understand. We had plenty of those discussions as well, but in the end, being together was more important than any possible safety concern. Well, Sirius decided since I was a target already." He snorted. "Marlene again? You know she's with Moody, right? What she says?" He shrugged. "Regulus is hot, it's just words."
His smile got bigger. "Of course there is. I didn't think there would be, but yeah, there is. You know when they told me about helping Dumbledore, I told them I couldn't accept without talking to Sirius and Severus looked horrified that I'd even think of talking to him, and not because it's Sirius, but simply because I would ask someone. I can't imagine living like that." He chuckled. "Then if you think I'm wrong, then I hope you'll tell me on the side. I'm not that conceited." He thought for a moment. "If it's not a problem for the two of you, then I'd rather tell him myself, but if it is, then tell him. It's not that important."
