Echoing Harry's sigh, Remus shook his head even though it would go unseen in the other man's focus on the ruins of his house. "None of us thought they'd move this fast," he said quietly, although he wasn't surprised at the second part. This was more like the war he knew, the one in which they'd all lost so much. "You did what you had to for your family, Harry. And they're all still alive. That's what's important."
He could hear the effort it took for Harry to speak the words if she would be found guilty. Remus could only imagine the torment Harry was going through over that, and now losing his home, his parents' home. "There's still hope, still a chance for her." Squeezing Harry's shoulder gently, he let go and waved a hand at the area that had once been a happy, loving home. "Did you get any sleep before all this?"
