Al placed both arms around Severus and nuzzled the nape of Severus' neck. There was something incredibly brilliant about being able to control the tension of Severus' shoulders without a single touch of his fingers against the tightened knots of muscle, just a few exhaled breaths and a taste of skin were enough.
"It's their loss for not thinking ahead and choosing a seat next to the wall which would ensure that you wouldn't sneak up on them from a vulnerable position," he reasoned. As a student, Al considered the nearest-to-wall seats crucial to learning. It prevented people from reading over one's shoulder.
"Mmm, someone has to loom over you," he murmured softly against the dark strands and warm skin. "I volunteer for the task."
