Dylan chuckled, leaning in and kissing her lightly. "You're definitely challenging me," he said. "And you're very far from boring." He liked hanging out with her. It wasn't nearly the same as spending time with Dom, she was a great friend and someone who knew him, but he found himself thinking less of Dom when he was with Cassandra. The flying and trying to find ways to make her let go of that self control was a great way of keeping distracted.
He took a large bit of cheese and put it on a piece of bread that he pulled off, and smiled when she leaned against him. His free hand sneaking around her and holding her close as he leaned back against a nearby tree. "You never did agree to go dancing with me later," he said softly in her ear. "Or would you prefer to be alone with me all night?" he asked, his voice suggesting exactly what that might include.
