He let the discussion of history alone. He was only going to end up turning this into a debate and debating with Marlene usually turned into an argument -- which was not allowed as he wanted her to have a nice party she could enjoy despite his sour tendencies.
"You can still change your mind," he said quietly. They were always going to see sex through different glasses, he thought. And hers had always been less restrictive than his own. Huffing softly, he tucked a stray lock behind her ear. Honestly, it felt odd to him. They'd shared a bed for so long, it felt strange to think about doing anything now, almost wrong to disturb the uneasy peace they had. Alastor was working on an idea to fix that. But, until then...well, he wasn't sure.
