Shrugging, he smirked. "All part of the cover, don't you know? Boys do not ask girls to dance unless they're ready to go steady, no matter how pretty they look in their party dresses."
Shaking his head at her, Alastor pulled her close -- not that he minded doing so in the least. "You know, if one were the suspicious sort, who believed in those kind of plots and schemes, one might almost think that was your plan all along with that dress -- luring unsuspecting men into dancing closer with the pretense of salvaging some modesty."
