And thank gods he'd warned Ginny in advance. "Congratulations," he forced himself to say, though it was hardly easy. A lot of practise before coming here. "You're still applying the decade time table?" he asked hoping that was the case.
A decade was plenty of time for Al to grow out of this, and if he didn't... well best not think about that, but if not he'd at least be 28 and fully adult. It didn't stop the itch to hex Severus, however. What had he done to his son? Al was 18 for crying out loud! What could a grown man possibly want with someone who was still a child?
