It appeared that Al had to think about furniture sooner than later.
Honestly, they had beds, and a table. And more than enough chairs for an average number of guests. And he still had to keep the space available for books and Scor's pictures.
"A lot of things fit that description," he rationed neutrally. "But the idea of a house-warming present suggests a single item. Furniture implies multiple and that would be against the custom." He struggled to think of any furniture which he needed at the moment. Even his books seemed fine with minimalistic furniture selection and they even served as furniture themselves.
"Unless it's a set of candle holders, perhaps..." They can be placed out of the way and will not take up much room space. Al grinned. "With the candles placed in them and lit, they will even contribute to warming up the house, like a proper house-warming present."
