Sirius snorted and kissed James. "Don't make me start talking about fiscal responsibilities." He warned James with a laugh. "I think my reputation is safe since it's just the two of us right now, I'll be sure to keep all future talk about your upwards mobility confined to our home, just so no one can start getting any ideas about my intelligence." He smirked.
"Jeans would be brilliant though." Sirius said with a sigh, but he grinned. "Maybe you should try for red." If he wasn't getting jeans red robes seemed like a very good compromise. He laughed, "He wouldn't obliviate you," He assured James, now the future mother of their children? That was more possible. He shrugged though, it seemed out of the four of them James had been more horrified at the idea of using the Imperius on someone. "It's just the way he is, and not so long ago that was just the way some people got things done."
"Maybe." Sirius shrugged, "But it helped having you there, even if you didn't do anything." He wrapped his arms around James holding him close for a long minute.
