Dom could practically see Dylan's mind working, see where it was going to lead him. But it wasn't true, she couldn't have bonded, not without realizing it, it wouldn't have been right. Or fair. "Oh." She licked her lips, pressing them together for a long moment. "That was nice of you," She was trying hard now, keeping her tone light when she spoke. "We should all be learning more defensive spells."
This was not happening, she repeated the words over and over in her mind, and smiled at Dylan. She was fine, she hadn't done something so stupid as to bond with Dylan - she already knew what his reaction would be. But could she really blame him? Who would want to be bonded to a werewolf?
