Sirius nodded, leaning forward his forehead pressed against James'. "I don't want to rush this, and I'll take the time to understand all of this and then we'll talk again." The whole idea to have children might have started as just an idea for how to keep Regulus from throwing away his life just to live up to some idea of family traditions, but the more he'd thought about it. Thought what it would be like to actually have children of his own the less it became about Regulus and more about himself, about James.
"Yeah, I understand that. I don't think I could work for him either - and he's not my father." He shrugged with a small chuckle. He'd liked the idea of joining the werewolf task force of helping more, but in the end he had decided that working for Harry, it wouldn't have worked. "She'll love having you work for her." He smirked, he could only imagine the sort of thoughts his cousin would have when James made his suggestion.
"All right, let me know when you decide." He kissed James again and smiled.
