She glanced at him askance and raised an eyebrow. "Why do I have the feeling you expect to tease me with that title?"
Belvina walked into the private rooms, a small smile playing on her lips as several men looked at her instead of their dining companions. None of them were worth her attention, naturally, but there was nothing wrong with causing a commotion so long as she wasn't embroiled or tainted by it.
"A severe lack of anything meaningful to do," Belvina said as she sat down in her chair. "Several of the ingredients I need for my latest potion experiment will take a few days more to arrive and I'm becoming quite spoilt by your company so," She flashed him a smile. "I thought you would deign to entertain me. How has work been? Have any of my books been useful to you? I have been reading up on genetics since we spoke of them recently. The developments since my time are nothing short of staggering."
