"Have you not?" Remus was a little surprised by that. "We should do something about that. I haven't tried to get in since we started teaching, but I found it during the months I was avoiding Sirius after the incident with Severus at the Shack. When we tried to add it to the Map after that, it wouldn't work. We could draw the lines and they'd fade out within seconds. Hogwarts intends to keep that secret, I suspect. I can show you the entrance point any time you like."
He nodded. "I'll do that then, think about it. I trust your judgement with these things. If you think it's worth thinking about, I'll consider it." He was still a little worried that maybe this was Regulus' way of saying he found them distasteful. But, it couldn't hurt to try it either way, right?
"You never know," he said dryly, though he knew he'd now be worrying about that very possibility. It would be just his luck to have someone like Greyback or Regulus' mother show up in their bedroom. Or hell, his own father or mother! "We'll see how things are after we go back tonight. A warning system isn't a bad idea, just in case, though."
Was a smile like that supposed to have this sort of power to brighten everything in his vision? "I keep trying to tell you I don't," Remus teased.
"Why would anyone want another person to sign their underwear? Why would someone sign it in the first place, no matter what they wanted?" Remus was terribly confused by the entire concept, which was likely evident in his somewhat pinched expression.
Taking a deep breath, he launched ahead. He needed to know the answer to this before he could plan any further into their future than their current summer plans. "Why is it so important that he should have married a woman, or that you need to now? I understand the legitimacy. But, is it more than that? I'm not questioning it, exactly, I guess I just don't understand as well as I thought I did and I'd like to."
