She turned her hand, taking her father's hand and squeezed slightly. " I know, Daddy." She assured him, her lips pressed together just a moment. In so many ways things would be so much easier if she could stay here all the time - but she had a feeling she'd get tired of the quiet after a few weeks. She'd always liked excitement. It was part of the reason she'd taken the job at the Leaky Cauldron.
"Thank you." She told him quietly. She'd known that already, but hearing it from her father - especially when they had always been so close, it made her feel better to actually hear the words spoken aloud.
"You're okay aren't you?" She asked him after a few quiet moments. "I know things haven't exactly been easy the last several months." She didn't need to worry about her father, she knew that and yet she couldn't help it - an old habit from when she'd been a little girl with even less reason to worry about her father.
