"Ah, you like to travel then?" he asked politely. "Or is it the lure of people and activity that draws you out so often?"
He supposed it was a nice enough afternoon for a walk, if one was inclined to such things. Walden was rather more inclined toward games, even the simple games of playing at one of the gentry with a young woman in the guise of a man taken from his home solely for this disguise.
"Did I not? I thought I had." Flashing that teasing smirk once more, he added. "The family has several interests, of which I see to a number of them, most far too boring to mention. Though, I do get to travel quite a bit, which makes up for the tedium of manifests and accounting."
