Regulus looked at the owl. He supposed that he should get upset that Sirius didn't tell him in person, but then his brother had told him about his marriage by owl. Stupidity and lack of consideration weren't exactly unknown to Sirius, and the news was too good to be upset.
A divorce!
That was so perfect in so many ways. If Sirius was getting a divorce because of children, now he could find his brother the perfect wife, one who could give him the proper children and raised them how they should be. Belvina was on top of that list of course. He'd have to talk to her sooner rather than later. He was sure that she would do what needed to keep the family line going. Of course, he needed to answer Sirius first, and he couldn't sound too happy about the entire situation.
Sirius,
Thank God I'm sorry to hear the news. I'll bring champagne to celebrate firewhiskey if you like.
Don't worry about anything. I'll take care of the legalities next week when I'm off. You should have a divorce done before the end of the Easter holidays. If you need help with searching for a wife, let me know. I can give you a few names of seventh years which would be perfect. Belvina is on top of the list, though. I think she would be the optimal candidate.
