"He's already obsessed with this case, Sir. Getting on that taskforce is his primary goal because he can't stop already. I lost count of how many in the division he's talked to about it. He came to see me before I returned to duty. I know he's talked to McKinnon and several others. It's too personal for him to be objective about it, in my opinion.
