He was stilling talking to Neville when he saw the exchange, and he didn't even bother to excuse himself, but used that nifty spell that Severus had thought him, allowing to move, almost like Apparating, within short distances, but not being blocked by the jinxs. Twice he cast the spell and then he was there.
Jamie didn't even look at Peter or James, but instead focused on the only person that mattered. He closed his fingers around the tip of the wand, while reaching for Sirius, hand clamping on Sirius' shoulder. "We should go home, love." He pushed the wand down while he stepped closer, bodies pressed together. "It's not worth it. He's not worth it. Let's just go."
