That's the problem, thought. It'd be so much easier if he didn't. That's what I'm trying to tell you. It's harder to keep this going when I know how bad it will be when they break up."
Regulus leaned back and rested his head against Sirius' shoulder, looking toward the landscape in front of them. "I don't know. I love him. I never thought I'd love anyone, not like this. You don't love another Slyherin; you find a common balance of trust and distance. This is different." He smiled as he thought about Remus. "It's still going to hurt like hell."
