Dylan shrugged, he didn't think he would, but he wasn't about to argue the point with Lori. Relationships just weren't for people like him. Some people weren't meant to have it all.
He did snort with amusement when Lori said he couldn't know if he loved Scor. "I seem to remember telling you that when you insisted you loved me," he said. "Really, it's too soon, and if you're not sure then at least be honest with him. Granted he's a piece of shit, but no one deserves to be lied to."
He dropped the privacy charm around them when the waiter approached, apparently tired to wait for them to finish their conversation. Placing his order to go, he paid and waited, turning to Lori once more. "Maybe it's time you figure out what you want and feel, all by yourself, and then you can figure things out with him. He's not going to be happy if you pretend, because sooner or later you can't pretend any more, and then you'll make him miserable. Like I did you."
