"Or I could move in with you and do nothing but spoil you when you aren't working," he said, although he wouldn't really quit and he certainly wouldn't move in. "You should sleep through the night. This can't be good for you. There's no reason for you to wake up anymore. You're safe here."
Regulus sighed. "I never thought- Never mind, we will get you gloves. At least now, I have something else to buy you. It's becoming harder to figure out things that you might like."
He grinned. "Why not? You proved my point for me." He rubbed Remus' back. "We'll get you the equipment, especially when it's something as cheap as gloves. Just- Don't scare me like that again, okay?"
He pulled back and looked at Remus. "You might have listened to your friend, but have you listened to Potter?" He would not be upset for telling the truth. "Pretending to be nice, trying to be subtle, when instead he's an arrogant, self-righteous Gryffindor, who can't even lie properly. He might be your friend, but I'm not exactly crying for him."
