He smiled against her lips, because he knew she was right. He had to let go, to feel, to allow himself to just be with his wife. "You're right," he said, and he tried to push matters aside, just feeling Ginny's arms around him.
"Gods, Ginny, I don't know what I'd do without you," he whispered. "How I would have survived all of this if we'd gone through with the divorce. I love you so much." He pulled back far enough to look at her, stroking her cheek and letting his fingers get lost in her hair. Then he nodded.
"One weekend, no problems, just us. We can do that." He smiled. "Do you want to eat first? Or go for a swim while it's still light enough?" he asked with a smile. "Get out of all these clothes?"
