"I'm sure your mother only wanted to make sure you didn't have other plans," Theo answered, rather pleased with his wife as usual.
Theo waived away his words. "Stephen, if there were more of them around you'd have seen a lot more of them over the years," he said. "You do know that I've known your mother most of my life, don't you?" he asked. "There is nothing wrong to meet those who are available, even if nothing comes of it. And if you do like each other, what's the harm?"
"And of course I remember that she's eighteen. You're not that old, yourself you know. And your mother and I certainly weren't very old either." Of course that had not been entirely planned, but that was something he'd never admit to.
He smiled at the question, nearly laughing. "I'm responsible for security at Hogwarts, as well as a member of the board, how do you think I know?" he asked, tilting his head. "Which one of the professors is it?" he then asked, because he assumed it was none of the students.
