The blush brought a smile on his face, and he couldn't help too feel slightly pleased that he could still make Lori blush so easily. But then Lori's hand was in his face and he could feel a bothersome lump in his throat when Lori told him not to be sad.
The decision to kiss him right then made perfect sense to him. He wouldn't turn into some girl and talk feelings or whatever and he hated feeling so alone and lately he'd been feeling more and more alone even when he had company around. So why not kiss him? He was there, and close and warm and when he felt Lori's lips under his own he didn't feel as lonely.
