RP: Hugo, Wren Who: Hugo and Wren Where: Hogwarts, Library When: 18, March 2025 Rating/Warnings: Summary: Wren and Hugo talk about what happened...or don't.
There was something wrong about finding him in the library, at least this way. Studying for something he wanted to achieve, or to prepare for something he'd enjoy, that would be natural. This wasn't. It wasn't equitable either. There were no secrets at this point about what had happened, and she had heard so many versions (second, and third hand among others), along with uninformed gossip (which she had put a stop to, if only in her presence), that she had been able to draw her own conclusions.
Uncle Terry had not been fair. The other boy had been itching for a fight, had been taunting someone who had lost so much already and the taunts about Lily Potter therefore bordered on deliberate cruelty. He, therefore, deserved the same punishment. Since he didn't get it, she might have to take care of him later if it was possible, especially if he even intimated at anyting like that again.
In the meantime, she had a boyfriend to try and make feel better; or at least she thought he was her boyfriend. Regardless, she slid into the seat next to him, and softly kissed his cheek before dropping a bar of Honeyduke's best in his lap. "Only allowed the other sort of kiss for goodnight or on dates, don't want to get you into more trouble."
