James listened, but didn't answer. He didn't agree with Regulus and he would tell him so, but he wouldn't speak against him either, not with the way he and Sirius were trying to get close again. "I think the house knew how to kill non purebloods long before they were born. We have taken some out, but there's still no guarantees."
He frowned. "With teachers? Either tutors or mothers, and many purebloods women do not work, and they can afford tutors. The ones who can't go to Muggle school. I don't know; it's never been a problem for us. You go to the closest Muggle school."
He saw that McKinnon was walking by alone and perked up. "I have to talk to her for a moment. I'll see you later, okay?"
