He shrugged. "I don't think anyone particularly cares. If you're a pureblood, you don't want them mixing with others and want them at home. If you're not, you send them to Muggle school." It made sense to him. "And if one parent is magical, then the children will be. It's highly unlikely that they won't. With Muggleborns, they won't know until eleven, so it's not an issue. If you're a Squib, a non magical child of magical people, then you don't need a magical school."
